Trade Show programming
includes a Farm to School track, plus workshops on "The Farm to
Restaurant Connection;" "Scaling Up Urban Ag for Wholesale Markets;" and "Large Scale Meat Procurement."
A FREE WORKSHOP is being offered with no registration necessary: "So You
Want to be a Farmer" -- a discussion on farming as a new career choice
will take place 5:30 to 7:00.
The day concludes with a Meet the Buyers Reception where farmers and food companies can meet leading Midwestern buyers interested in Good, local food.
