Sarah Pressman Lovinger, MD, an internal
medicine doctor, cares deeply about the links between our food supply, our
environment, and our health. In addition to working part-time in a
community health center, she teaches a class on global warming and human
health to undergrads at Northwestern, blogs for HuffingtonPost, and serves as
