Connie Weaver is president of the not-for-profit Geneva Green Market. Established in 2006, the market offers locally grown food and minimally processed products to chefs, foodies and people who really care about the quality of what they consume on a daily basis. The Geneva Green Market will be held at 75 N. River Lane in Geneva in the beautiful park along the west side of the Fox River. We are a community supported Farmers' Market. All the farmers live within a 200 mile radius of Geneva, IL. We offer fresh vegetables, cheese and frozen beef. We also have freshly-cut flowers. Chef demos and a "kids' corner" are featured at the market as well. The Summer Seasonal market runs June thru October and the Winter Market runs November thru May.
With her husband, Mark, Connie co-owns Inglenook Pantry, Inc., a catering/concession company featuring our local farmers foods. The have been in business for forty years.
