Liz Fiorenza is the owner of Wind Ridge Herb Farm, a Certified Naturally Grown farm and greenhouse which raises over 400 varieties or culinary and medicinal herbs. She has been a RN for 30 years and is currently pursuing a Master Herbalist Degree. The retail shop on the farm sells custom blended teas, dips, seasonings, potpourri, vinegars, and many other things in addition to the herbs that are grown for wholesale and retail sales. The gardens at Wind Ridge Herb Farm are listed as an Illinois Tourist Attraction and are open to the public, and host many events throughout the season, such as an Herb Faire, Wine Dinners, Group Tours and a local Farmers Market.
