Lindsey
Arenberg, a successful market researcher and graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College
of Culinary Arts, is now combining her corporate and culinary skills to improve
food quality for children. Lindsey has been designing and teaching children�s
cooking classes for over a decade. She recently guided teens at the Gary Comer
Youth Center in producing and selling healthier food choices. She manages and teaches Seven Generations
Ahead�s �Fresh from the Farm� curriculum in Chicago public and private
schools. Recently, Lindsey participated
in Healthy Schools Campaign�s �Chef in the Classroom� to support Michelle
Obama�s initiative to reduce childhood obesity.
Lindsey holds a BA in Psychology from Brown University and a Masters in
Advertising from Northwestern University.
