Jim Groskopf is the Purchasing Analyst for the Saint Paul MN
Public Schools Nutrition Services Department. He earned his BS degree in Hotel
and Restaurant Management from University of Wisconsin � Stout. Jim is Past
President of the Minnesota School Nutrition Association, and a member of the
first School Food FOCUS Learning Lab team. He is also on the Minnesota School
Nutrition Association Farm to School Task Force and a voting member of the
Minnesota School Food Buying Group
